Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform any task related to corporate strategy including strategy formulation, change management, evaluation of corporate projects
- Make recommendations, or assist in the review of management’s recommendations, on business and market-related issues and prepare related presentations management
- Liaising with relevant Romanian authorities in relation to corporate projects
- Assess key risks and opportunities for potential transactions
- Perform valuations using different methods (DCF, comparable transactions, multiples)
- Perform financial and operational due diligence
Main requirements:
- Business administration education
- 5 years of relevant job experience
- Financial Skills: Familiarity with a broad range of forecasting, financial modeling
- Proven record of M&A deal structuring and closing
- Very good English speaking and writing skills
- Familiarity with the capital market
- Ability to work independently and also cross functional team work
- Good command of standard software (word, excel, power point etc.)
- Analytical thinking
