Controlul procesului de executie si a rezultatelor din santier.
Participarea la sedintele de santier pentru o mai buna coordonare a acestuia.
Atribuirea si supravegherea subcontractorilor.
Atribuirea si supravegerea inginerilor externi/ expertilor.
Negocieri cu investitorii si cu subcontractorii
Self-dependent implementation of Technical Building Installations - projects considering the financial and technical objectives
Coordination and cost-effective optimization of the project process
Control the construction process and the results on site
Participation in and making a protocol on the site meetings for better coordination
Assignation and supervision of subcontractors
Assignation and supervision of external engineers /experts/

Absolvent al unui colegiu thnic, Universitate de Stiinte aplicate, Universitate tehnica.
Experienta de minimum 3 ani intr-o pozitie similara
Cunostiinte solide de IT
Buna cunoastere a limbii Engleze/ preferabil vorbit si scris
Mod independent si conceptual de munca, aptitudini de negociere si increderea in sine
Lucru in echipa, dorinta de cooperare, flexibilitate.
Completed technical education (Secondary College of Engineering, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University)
Relevant work experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar position
Solid IT knowledge
Good command of English /preferable spoken and written
Independent and conceptual way of working, negotiating skills and assertiveness
Teamwork, willingness for cooperation, flexibility
