1) Technical and specialist knowledge
Review of documents: Formulates and administers approved working practices and ensure all documents prepared and information provided comply with local regulations.
Prepares and/or reviews of standard/regular correspondence with clients: Informs the clients on changes in legislation.
Client liaison: Ensures that final work is delivered to the client, within the agreed upon deadline; Proposes budgets for projects under supervision.
Relationship with state authorities: Undertake responsibility for the relationship with state authorities on any client issues, such as corporate changes, registrations, etc.
1) Coordinates the activity of officers under supervision: Responsible for reviewing and controlling the work performed for the clients or projects under supervision.
2) Teamwork: Contributes (personally and by managing the staff under supervision) to the team to enable objectives and deadlines to be met.
3) Planning: Ensures appropriate staff allocation (spare capacity has to be communicated to other client team members); Ensures that the client information database is prepared and updated; Setting realistic deadlines for oneself and junior staff, specially by aiding them in planning and prioritising their work and ensuring that all relevant resources are being used judiciously.
4) Training others: Ensures appropriate training for staff under supervision.
