- take configuration and pricing requests from our sales representatives & customers and convert them into buildable/orderable/supportable configurations
- provide support by means of email & telephone to both customers and sales community
- fluent in English
- very good command of second language it's a plus
- customer oriented
- interested in technology and technical challenges
- Good computer and overall IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
