As a member of the Sales Force Support team you are to:
- take configuration and pricing requests from our sales representatives & customers and convert them into buildable/orderable/supportable configurations
- provide support by means of email & telephone to both customers and sales community
We need you to be:
- fluent in English
- very good command of second language French or German, Italian/ Spanish it's a must
- customer oriented
- interested in technology and technical challenges
- Good computer and overall IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
