- Oversee and drive the implementation and maintenance of an effective compliance program at the local / business unit level in accordance with corporate compliance program requirements (initially focused on anti-bribery compliance), and local laws and regulations; this includes ensuring:
- Implementation and maintenance of clear standards of business and ethical conduct consistent with company corporate standards
- Effective local/ business unit governance structures and procedures for compliance oversight and management including defined accountability for compliance responsibilities locally
- Ongoing, effective communications and training on compliance requirements
- Compliance risk assessments, performance monitoring and reporting
- Timely, effective and consistent applied issue resolution process
1. Functional professional knowledge & experience
- Advanced degree in management or law
- Basic knowledge and experience in Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, Quality Assurance or similar
- Knowledge applicable anti-bribery laws, regulations and standards,
2. Organizational experience
- Minimum 5 years experience, 7-12 years of business experience will be an advantage , and sufficient stature within the organization to exert influence and credibility
-- Familiarity with local business practices and sales processes (e.g., with governmental entities and officials)
3. Leadership personality
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Leadership skills, including the ability to articulate standards and expectations as outlined in the relevant policies and codes, and ensure that these are applied consistently to the local situation
- Strong communications and facilitation skills

- Strong project management capability
