RESPONSABILITATI

¿¿¿ Manage annually the MbO program; super-user for the online application
¿¿¿ Liaise with all parties involved in the MbO program; ensure information exchange
¿¿¿ Provide training and support to MbO Champions; provide assistance to MbO holders
¿¿¿ Elaborate and permanently update policies/ programs/ procedures/ work instructions/ process flows related to HR activity
¿¿¿ Analyze according to the company¿¿¿s procedures and methods all positions in CEO, CFO, Gas& Power divisions; validate evaluations sent by divisions and ensure alignment throughout the company/group
¿¿¿ Develop evaluation and alignment projects of positions within the company
¿¿¿ Make proposals for the salary grid based on market surveys/studies, labour market tendencies and company specific
¿¿¿ Centralize, verify and analyze data in view of individual salary increases
¿¿¿ Manage processes of benefits allocation according to internal policies/ procedures/ work instructions
¿¿¿ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities that have an impact on the business
¿¿¿ Exchange good practices and HR/business experience with HR colleagues and business contacts
¿¿¿ Contribute to budget elaboration
¿¿¿ Coordinate the Compensation& Benefits network established at company level
¿¿¿ Coordinate all projects within area of activity
¿¿¿ Prepare reports, analyzes and presentations according to area of expertise


CERINTE

¿¿¿ University degree
¿¿¿ Proficiency in English
¿¿¿ Specific training in Human Resources areas
¿¿¿ Bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus
¿¿¿ At least 3 years in HR field
¿¿¿ Experience in Comp & Ben design and administration
¿¿¿ Able to innovate and improve constantly
¿¿¿ Able to manage change and implement strategies, to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify approaches to solve problems in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
¿¿¿ Sound knowledge in all the areas of HR field: recruitment& selection, training & development, compensation& benefits, organizational design, personnel evaluation, personnel administration, policies & procedures
¿¿¿ Knowledge of Labor legislation, Collective Labor Agreement interpretation and implementation
¿¿¿ Project management knowledge
