Design and implement the organization’s compensation and benefit programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy.
Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization’s current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure that the organization’s eward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets
and that the organization complies with all relevant
regulations, laws and employment standards.
At least 5 years experience in Reward or HR generalist management
Experience in job evaluation is a must
Employment cost planning and monitoring experience is a must
Capacity to cope with very sensitive & confidential information
Analytical mindset with strong result oriented attitude
Effective communication skills and enthusiastic seller of ideas
Fluency in English
