- Continually evaluate all company compensation & benefits policies and procedures and make adjustments to stay competitive within the industry
- Manages compensation and benefits programs
- Counsels managers on individual salary treatment
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of similar experience
- PC skills
- Fluency in English
