Primary focus will be on internal messaging for sales force by interfacing with internal stakeholders in the pole (Sales Leadership, Marketing Communications, HR and Legal) to create key messages that provide a better understanding of key priorities and by sharing best practices that help drive behavior change in the sales organization.
This is a pole- focused position with some participation in global communications (Global Sales Operations) to ensure consistency of content and process, standardization of tools and methods, and to leverage programs between different parts of the business.
* 3-5 years of communications experience
* Experience in event management
* Results oriented/Process driven
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Adept at managing multiple projects and changing priorities when events require
* High energy, high initiative, keen focus and adaptive flexibility
* Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Video or other technologies are a plus
* Experience in utilization of SharePoint sites and leveraging of social networking applications
* Experience using Web Content Management packages is desirable (SharePoint 2010)
* Experience using Marketing Automation software (Marketo) is a plus
* Experience in presentation and facilitation skills
* Green Belt Certification
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
