RESPONSABILITATI

Management of the acquisition process of customer equipment and responsible for the optimum level of inventory. Management of demand planning and forecasting process for customer equipment.

Responsible for equipment budgeting and forecasting processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in collaboration with other stakeholders

- Responsible for equipment revenue / costs targets according to budget / monthly targets

- Management of customer equipment assigned suppliers (contracts negotiation & conclusion, claim contractual benefits negotiate & claim local benefits with suppliers)

- Participates to product portfolio selection process & offers support for commercial offer definition

- Responsible for the sourcing process for assigned product category: sales forecasting, ordering & replenishment, orders & deliveries follow-up, orders & forecast adjustments according to needs, acceptance & payment approval

- Works transversally with the other stakeholders (Mkt, Sales, Finance, and Technology) to ensure a good level of product availability, new product introduction & new offers, according to company strategy and channels needs, by following financial KPI targets

- Coordinates the inbound and reception process & performs the stock-entry

- Ensures the informational & documents flow corresponding to CE entries

- Inventory management by following the related KPI-s and keeping them in target

- Definition and optimization of processes and procedures related to acquisition process for customer equipment

- Actively participates to transversal projects (Mkt, Technical, Sales, Purchasing, Sourcing & Supply Chain) related to new product launches, new offers.


CERINTE

University degree

- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Sourcing / Supply Chain operations (demand&planning)

- Good knowledge of Procurement – mandatory



- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with commitment to accuracy and efficiency

- Results focused and able to translate assignments into timely actions and deliverables

- Good working knowledge of ERP processes and applications: Oracle applications (a plus)

- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Planning and organizing

- Negotiation and persuasion skills

- Communication skills

- Fluent in English - written and verbal
