The role: Commercial Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial Senior Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be a self-starter, driven, independent thinker with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results oriented, who will provide commercial and financial support to our clients.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities

* To be an active member of the Senior Management Team and participate in ongoing Projects designed to maximize the value delivered to both the customer and Xerox in all Service Streams;
* To provide support to both Commercial Manager and Operations Business Manager in the financial and commercial aspects of the projects involved in;
* To support Commercial Manager in the management of the operational Profit & Loss, working with individual cost center managers to ensure accurate reporting of each Profit & Loss account;
* To ensure accurate and timely billing of all work processed by the team, liaising with internal and external customers as necessary;
* To become the center of competence for VAT knowledge, ensuring that Xerox billing is VAT compliant and ensure accuracy of VAT liability and efficiency on all work billed by Xerox;
* To work with the account team in providing on going commercial support to business opportunities;
* To support the on-site critical processes to ensure operation is run in compliance with all relevant procedures;
* To work with local management team to provide timely, accurate and relevant management information for both internal and external customers.
