What are my responsabilities?
- To ensure commercial support of the central departments, roll out of projects, on time and within the budget;
- Communication with Sales Department, Project Management, TAC and Engineer center;
- Projects Controlling, monthly closing, contract management;
- To ensure a coherent contract management system;
- Cost monitoring and split, budgeting;
- Tender preparation and support for legal and eligibility aspects;
- Follow-up and documentation of all commercial and financial topics;
- Follow-up purchase/salesordersand other logistic related issues;
- Assets, receivables and risk management;
- Support for planning and forecasting for BA Head.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University graduate (Economical graduate);
- Fluency in English;
- Min 2-3 years relevant experience in the commercial field / in an economic related position;
- Knowledge of basic accounting / SAP R3 SD module and/or PM module / local fiscal code and th local commercial law;
What else do I need to know?
- Team work capabilities:ability to work as a member of a team and to build strong interpersonal communication relationship;
