RESPONSABILITATI

EMPLOYER COMPANY: TRANSPORT AND FINANCIAL SERVICES

Drafting and registering corporate documents and managing the company’s corporate archive;
Drafting and/or reviewing different types of agreements;
Representing the company in front of public authorities for legal/administrative proceedings, when case may be;
Assistance on legal and commercial issues;
Permanent check and implementation of the requirements of company law, to which the corporation is subject as a legal entity (such as general meetings and board meetings, etc.);
Active and constructive involvement in the drafting of new rules and regulations in accordance with the applicable laws;
Supporting the HR department regarding the employment contracts and all related documentation, changes in labour legislation, settlement of labour disputes, labour inspections, internal personnel procedures, dismissal procedures, etc.;
Permanent review of the regulatory and commercial materials and the legislation and the implications of all changes over the organization.
Manage the on going legal discussions and negotiations with the Company’s clients and suppliers.
Monitoring of legal cases against the Company’s client base,
Supporting the business in client meetings ensuring all legal aspects of the business decisions are considered,

The applicant must be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook. They need to have excellent interpersonal skills both written and orally and should be capable of communicating with all levels of personnel within a business and in particular Senior company executives with regards to the legal issues.

The applicant needs to be reliable, tolerant, and determined to succeed. They will need to be well presented and have a professional approach. Due to the nature of the role the applicant must be sufficiently mobile and flexible with regards to national travel.
The applicant must have good IT skills and must be adept in use of MS Office applications along with knowledge of all the legal systems and tools which will allow the applicant to perform the job at the highest level.
All applicants must have a good understanding of written and oral English language.


CERINTE

• University degree in Law;
• Experience in a similar position - MINIMUM 1 YEAR;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong organization and time-management skills, detail- oriented and able to multi-task;
• Proactive and self-directed, positive and "Can do" attitude;
• Demonstrate high degree of attention to detail and ability to organize and set work priorities;
• Comfortable with reports, deadlines;
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
