Coordinate the sales team;
*Design the sales strategy, achieve the requested team sales targets;
*Identify ,attracting and approach potential customers, developing client portfolio;
*Maintain the contacts the company's traditional customer and with new customers;
* Draws up technical offers, follow concrete projects and carrying out contracts;
* Prospect the market and competitors.
We are searching for someone with strong experience in sales from the HR domain,
within B2B channel, in people management, strategic thinking, winner attitude.
General requirements:
*University Degree;
*Experience in coordinating a sales team;
*Experience in selling HR services or other services, with B2B channel;
*Business acumen with great mobility, flexibility;
*Proactive and open minded person;
*Good communication and negotiation skills;
*Strong customer and result-oriented;
*Self motivated individual;
*Good command of English, Italian can be a plus;
* An open and friendly working environment, but results-oriented;
* Training and development programs;
