- Participating to the European Commercial Development Program (CDP) which consists of one year of rotational assignments in a variety of commercial functions. The objective of this program is to give the opportunity to learn and understand the processes, business strategies and our client's culture before starting in an Account Manager role;
- Working in a business-to-business/ industrial sales environment where the major responsibility is interfacing with a diverse group of customers ranging from purchasing, to research and development, to production;
- Managing the implementation of the sales strategy;
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities;
- Assessing market potential, future trends and competitive activities;
- Supporting marketing in communications programs.
- Chemical Engineer or holding a Master in Sciences with strong interest and/ or specialization in Business Management;
- Interest in Marketing Management, Sales Leadership and Marketing Research;
- 2 or 3 years of successful experience in the Sales & Marketing will be an addition.
