Manages/ coordinates the finalization process of all office& commercial contracts with third parties:
- Drafts, reviews, negotiates, explains contracts and other documents of the company, such as: decisions of the general meeting of the shareholders, lease agreements and renting offers, agency agreement, incorporation deeds, facility contracts, mortgage contracts, pledge contracts, service providers contracts, utilities contract, security agreements, cleaning agreement, etc.;
- Collaborates and liaises with other in-house lawyers/legal consultants within the Group to draft and review legal documentation;
- Interprets and applies the legal legislation in force;
- Monitors new legal developments within the business aspect;
Contributes as part of our team of professionals, to different projects of the company:
- Due- diligence reports over the Group’s properties;
- Presentations over the Group’s assets to senior management.
Takes part, next to the General Manager, to contracts’ negotiations with third parties:
- Arranges, participates and reports on client meetings as necessary;
- Represents the company’s interest towards third parties within the negotiation process.
Works closely with all the Group members to ensure the implementation of internal policies and procedures in finalizing the commercial contracts, in compliance with Romanian laws.
- Law School Degree or equivalent significant experience (eg. Commercial/ Retail Contracts)
- 3 to 5 years work experience in a similar job
- Good knowledge of Commercial Law
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Investments& Development market
- Well- developed communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and structured mind, well- organized person
- Detail oriented, perseverant and ambitious
- English literacy
- Computer proficiency
