• Maintains debtor relationships;

• Calls clients for requesting payment applying the approved techniques and standards of quality ;

• Handles the complaints of the clients in a professionally and polite manner in order to solve all the issues in his area of competence ;
• Keeps track of the contacts with the clients for a better satisfaction of the clients’ requests and needs should any future conversation occur ;
• Maintains the relation with the other departments in order to forward, if needed, the requests or complaints of the clients that are out of the scope of the Collection Department ;

Requirements:
• Successful applicant must have minimum 6 months experience in collection activity
