- Manages and collects on an assigned account the bad debts using several tools
- Develop and maintaining a strong working relationship with customers
- Minimize client bad debts
- Understands and manages system strategies to maximize collection results
- Negotiate payment terms with our customers
Operational execution:
- Complete routine collection calls to determine payment status of accounts
- Set follow-up calls
- Strong initiative
- Communicative & team player

- Comfortable communicate on phone
- Customer oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Capacity to deal with difficult customers
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
