RESPONSABILITATI

Cloud Nine Reporting Skills:
Create and run SQL queries;
Engage and collaborate with business partners to perform ad hoc reporting tasks using Cloud-9 and BI applications;
Assist with migration of current BI solutions to next generation solutions and support new BI solutions after implementation;
The maintenance of existing Cloud-9 BI deliverables and the development of new ones, as necessary to support new and existing business requirements;
Develop ad hoc reports;
Analyse data to identify trends and identify the source of unusual highs/lows, and resolve any issues where they occur;
Liaising with client teams and providers to define their BI and data reporting requirements. Identify improvements and drive them through to implementation.


CERINTE

CRM Custom Development Duties:
Relevant experience in the following packages: Apex – Triggers/Alerts, Visualforce, SOQL, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

CRM Advanced Administration Duties:
ADM 201 qualification preferred as well as DEV 401
Dashboards & Reporting;
Configuration, accounts, contacts, tasks, notes etc
User Setup;
Territory Management;
Documentation – Updating existing technical documentation;
Case Management reviews – Making sure functional enhancements are fully specced before the review of functionality for each release;
First line support for specific user groups i.e. marketing, services or others tbd;
Technical audits on user profiles, hierarchy etc;
Functionality audits. Conducting functionality audit workshops with user groups to ensure the functionality that exists is still working correctly. And if not creating logging bugs to be addressed.

Business Analysis/Requirements Definition:
Meeting with different user groups to document their requirements;
Understanding at a high level of different departments business needs from finance to sales and marketing;
Creation of technical specs.

Other Skills:
Fluent English speaker and writer;
Advanced MS Excel skills; formulas, macros, pivots etc;
Thorough knowledge of other MS Office packages and MS Outlook;
Happy to travel regularly within Europe.
