RESPONSABILITATI

Supervision and coordination of the work assignments and performance of their team;
Anticipation of resources needs and allocation of resources based on skills and abilities within the team, and in alignment with R&D priorities and objectives to ensure timely and accurate execution of clinical trials;
Development of strategy and building and maintaining a high performance team by recruiting and selecting high potential candidates through a disciplined selection process, tracking and managing performance behaviors and standards, conducting performance assessment procedures, etc.
Ensuring functional excellence and career development of their team; developing personal training plans, facilitating orientation, training, and mentoring programs; providing coaching, counseling, feedback, and

identification of developmental opportunities;

Effective communicating of organizational information to the department;
Effective communication with and influencing relevant stakeholders in and outside the organization;
Participation in or leading global and/or inter-disciplinary work groups, task forces, teams, initiatives, etc.;
Planning and leading staff meetings (identifying topics for presentation, arrange speakers, etc.).


CERINTE

Knowledge equivalent to that attained with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent;
Experience in relevant clinical research position in the pharmaceutical industry or contract research organization;
Experience in the planning, conducting and management of clinical studies;
Experience as manager, supervisor and/or leadership experience (i.e. participation in task force, initiative or cross-functional team); experience mentoring and providing feedback to others;
Demonstrated ability to drive project related activities;
An in-depth understanding of the clinical research process including regulations (local and international), Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Guidelines;
Previous resource allocation experience;
Experience working in a complex matrix environment;
Technological expertise and understanding of the business process implications;
Exceptional organizational and planning skills and independent decision-making ability
