RESPONSABILITATI

Position Summary

The Trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining the Training needs for the Client Support team.

Job requirements

- Manage the training portion of the onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers
- Distribute and maintain training materials for all lines of business within CS Operations, updating frequently as changes occur in the business.
- Develop, coordinate, facilitate and deliver training content for all CS teams
- Monitor and report effectiveness of traing attendance - research, benchmark, propose training and development opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Provide feedback based upon training trends impacting attrition or test failure rates
- Continually monitor and provide solutions to assess skill gaps; identifying programs to address as appropriate
- Assure communication among all parties
- Approve learning and support materials as appropriate
- Act as process analyst by identifying efficiency gains driven by training and quality initiatives


CERINTE

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
Formal education and/or cerifitications in instructional/informational design is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
German language skills would be a plus
Demonstrated ability to design training materials and deliver interactive training
Good interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
Positive work attitude that supports teamwork and continuous improvement
Must be a high-performing PC user and an expert in Windows Office Suite ( specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Must be task-, team-, and dead-line oriented; must be a team player
