RESPONSABILITATI

to maintain customer service levels according to company' standards
to provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers
to ensure the implementation of the commercial contracts and interract in the process with all the departments involved
to coordinate the after-sales work – flow distribution, team coordination, planning, execution and control of the products and services delivered to the customers
to ensure correct and accurate information input into data-base, cost distribution on the inventories, correspondence and invoice registration


CERINTE

have at least 2 years in a similar role
have commercial thinking and business orientation
have knowledge of the customers needs and empathy for the customers situation
are able to communicate clearly, both written and in speach Romanian and English language
work accurate and with eye for detail and handle in the best interest of both customer and company
prove good project management, sales and strategic planning abilities
have good computer skills and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software programs
