General objective of this position: to ensure clients overall satisfaction regarding TV Audiences Measurement Service, providing them an efficient, professional, high quality and proactive assistance.
To achieve this objective, you should:
- Be a reliable partner for the clients;
- Provide operational support related to data delivery to the clients;
- Provide information and advice to the clients;
- Be able to maintain good relationships and high levels of trust with all departments in GfK Media Division, in order to provide efficient solutions to clients requests.
GfK Romania is contracted by ARMA (www.arma.org.ro) to be responsible for the carrying out of the electronic Measurement of TV Audiences in Romania starting with 2008. This continuous audience measurement will be carried out under stringent quality standards, utilising the most up-to-date measurement techniques.
You are ideal for this position if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
- Ability to conduct a conversation (face to face or on telephone) in a professional manner;
- Experience in managing relationships with clients;
- Strong sense of figures;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Flexibility;

- Organizatoric skills;
- Team spirit.
Previous experience in Client Service, Market Research or Media Research is a strong advantage. Also an advantage is experience in coordinating people.
