On behalf of our client, a multinational consultancy and outsourcing company, we are searching for a CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER – Financial Services.
Main responsibilities:
- Run offshore operations efficiently and effectively;
- Required to lead and manage a team of 3 direct reports and up to 80 span of control;
- Responsible for day-to-day operations maintaining best service quality;
- Responsible for direct interaction with the client and client’s partners in order to solve any problems related with the Sourcing, Buying or Contract Management area;
- Accountable for ongoing management of effective internal / external client service relationship within own area of responsibility, by acting as focal point of contact with senior client representatives;
- Deep understanding of client expectations and issues, feed back into teams and manage accordingly;
- Final accountability for contribution of team in terms of delivery to deadlines and quality standards;
- Use service management and other reporting to control costs;
- Allocate resources and responsibilities within teams and in between teams, if applicable, to balance work-load and deliver business results;
- Provide high quality services to the client.
- Strong experience in Financial Operations Team Lead position required;
- Experience of operating as a part of a 3rd party sourcing organization is ideal;
- 6+ years of relevant experience. 3-4 years in a supervisory / leadership role;
- Proven ability to work on own initiative;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, team members and colleagues;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry;
