¿ Full P&L responsibility for the following
¿ Manage the Unit budget
¿ Achieve and Sustain Unit profitability within and agreed target margin as agreed in your personal objectives/goals
¿ Control and be accountable for the unit¿
¿ Communicate Unit¿s financial performance to the Engagement Partner
¿ Manage and resolve complex business problems, issues, and risks in coordination with his management team and third party peers.
¿ Develop new opportunities and sustain existing business with clients
¿ Manage internal and external relations with clients
¿ Represent the Unit in all major internal and external affairs
¿ Ensure that the Unit is capable of meeting the customer¿s Service Level Agreements
¿ Address major issues affecting customer satisfaction
¿ Demonstrate examples of thought leadership in own area of managerial or specialist expertise and foster knowledge sharing across organisational/industry boundaries
¿ Accountable for the integrity of key human resource processes including career development, salary review, resourcing approach and performance management
¿ Review and develop the service model organisational structures to support business needs
¿ Create a positive work environment that foster team performance
¿ Organize and conduct regular meetings and communications with team members
¿ Share knowledge and job experience with the management team
¿ Identifying the opportunitites to expand the services provided incurrent contract
¿ ensure appropriate resources are allocated and that functions are coordinated to achieve solution goals
¿ Build and maintain relationships with client team, financial services, other services
¿ Develop and maintain the service level agreements with the client, with active support from the Service Management team
¿ Qualified Accountant or Bachelor¿s degree or higher in Business or other related fields (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost reporting, Treasury, Contract Compliance, Audit, General accounting, Payroll, SAP, Oracle).
¿ 12 - 15 years of experience in F&A or related industries with corporate management experience
¿ Fluent in English and French/Italian
¿ Advanced negotiations and selling skills
¿ Deep understanding of customer¿s industry and business
¿ Deep understanding of service operations business
¿ Strong leadership and decision making skills
¿ Strong influencing skills
¿ Deep knowledge of SLA (Service Level Agreements) and all key contracts
¿ Budget planning and management
¿ Excellent oral and written communications skills
