RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a global business services provider, we are searching for a CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER wiling to develop a career in the financial field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implements company’s policies and goals and the long-term business planning and forecasting;
- Provides solutions for the most complex/significant business or specialist issues/problems and ensures implementation where appropriate;
- Responsible for delivery to agreed service levels, and define key performance indicators/project milestones;
- Develops new approaches and processes;
- Manages and monitors the Unit’s operations to ensure that the Unit/client objectives are met;
- Manages the Unit budget;
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Unit business plans;
- Manages and resolves complex business problems, issues, and risks in coordination with his management team and third party peers;
- Represents the Unit in all major internal affairs;
- Reviews and approves all unit manpower, compensation, promotion, and executive succession plans;
- Provides leadership and strategy implementation to the Unit team members;
- Accountable for high-level external/internal client satisfaction.


CERINTE

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or other related fields;
- 5 - 10 years of experience;
- Strong Knowledge and expertise within finance and administration processes specifically in account receivables, account payable and general ledger operational management;
- Strong leadership and experience supervising large teams (minimum 10 people) and decision making skills;
- Budget planning and management;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Conflict management
- Knowledge of Spanish - avantage;
- Excellent in English;
- Knowledge about Oracle Financials application.
