RESPONSABILITATI

• Daily/monthly traffic follow-up;
• Efficient processing of orders form the clients;
• Daily and monthly traffic reports
• Maintaining relationships with both clients and suppliers (via e-mail and phone);
• Follows the accomplishment of the targets established by the company;
• Different reports as asked by the direct manager;
• Assists clients and offers them the services best suited for their needs;
• Establishes the delivery dates for the services;
• Maintaining the relationship with the clients in order to identify potential problems and offers permanent support at their request;
• Collaborates with other departments in order to offer efficient solutions to the requests of the clients;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, with the possibility to work full time
• Fluent in English – is a must
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar job (e.g.: Customer Service, Customer Support, Account Manager, Telesales or Telemarketing)
• Team work abilities;
• Willing to learn and develop in a dynamic environment;
• Result and client oriented;
• Good problem solving abilities and can do attitude;
• Excellent communication and relationship abilities;
• Strong sales abilities, power to persuade, goal oriented;
• Dynamic, motivated and involved person;
• PC Knowledge: Word, Excel, attraction to telecom field and communication technologies;
• Knowledge of French - may represent an advantage
