• Acting as a project manager for the existing manufacturing customer accounts (Lohn production or White Label / full product manufacturing);
• Maintaining continuous communication (mainly in English) with the customers, being the binder in communication between clients and colleagues from all departments involved in those projects (purchasing, fabrics warehouse, design, creation, cutting, production, readymade garments warehouse and shipping);
• Participation at specific production fairs (4 per year) and representing the company at meetings with potential clients;
• Tracking the timely receipt of materials / accessories necessary to start the production, verification of compliance periods of production and goods delivery, according to the contracted conditions;
• Conducting negotiations and tariff offers;
• University graduate – textile engineer would be an advantage;
• Advanced in spoken and written English, second foreign language is a plus;
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must);
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and project management;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Capacity to understand fashion world either as an ambassador or as a client;
• Ability to act as a project manager for every client/product or order;
• Experience in fashion or textile industry would be an advantage.
