Perform full scope of claims activities
Conduct examination and assessment of claims
Calculate claims amount
Execute payments
Manage correspondence with clients
Track information in the relevant applications

CERINTE

Good German, minimum B1 certification. Good English is a plus.
Preferably 1-3 years work experience, but not required
Knowledge of insurance business, ideally in claims management
Proactive attitude, team spirit
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good MS Office skills
