- To ensure under the coordination of the Technical Manager the management of assigned development projects, to assist the Technical Manager in the effective development, implementation and co-ordination of various projects, to minimize risks and voids during design, permitting and constructions phases and minimize costs for the Romanian projects development.
- Prepare together with the team of consultants and under supervision of Technical Manager, specific project documents:
- Design brief
- Tender documentation
- Budgets preparation and review
- Project program and planning
- Progress reports
- Organize tender and contracting processes.
- Offers and contracts review and participate to negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a database with contractors, subcontractors and main suppliers.
- Supervise, coordinate and control the works and services performed by contractors and consultants
- Technical and commercial analysis of projects
- Liaison with authorities, clients, contractors and consultants, ensuring a proper communication between entire project team.
Preparation of reports for local management, headquarters and internal clients.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Degree education preferred (architect, civil or mechanical engineer).
- Required experience: minimum 1 year.
- Experience in design, construction or supervision of office buildings, residential and commercial buildings, logistic buildings.
- Preferably with experience in working for a Developer, General Contractor, Management & Construction Consulting Company or Architecture & Engineering company.
- Organised, methodical and analytical to interpret data.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ¿ Advanced level.
- Flexibility and desire to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Strategic planning competence.
