In the name of our Client, a group of small companies we are recruiting a Chief Financial Officer.
- Preparation of the annual budget for the company
- Monthly operating statements preparation
- Balance-sheet preparation
- Performance analysis by line of services
- Developing the reporting procedures
- Cooperation with internal and external audits
- Responsible for the relation with banks and investors
- Development of the controlling system and implement accounting, financial software
- Other Finance duties
- Experience in financial, taxes and controlling;
- English is a must, French is a plus
- Ability to take decisions, prioritize and delegate tasks as well as decide on the personnel matters;
- Knowledge of corporate accounting and reporting standards;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to communicate in a structured manner on various levels;
- 4 years of working experience, including management
-previous experience in implementing accounting and reporting software.
