Our client is one of the leaders of the European chemical market, operating in the production, trade, and distribution of chemicals. Due to modernization and investment plan of the manufacturing company based in Romania, our client is seeking to recruit a task oriented professional for the position:
Chief Financial Controller
Employed person will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for :
- Organization and coordination of work of controlling department;
- Managing a team of several employees;
- Supervision over and development of financial reporting, operational reporting and cost
allocation system;
- Optimization the costs structure with third parties;
- Long-term financial planning for the group;
- Providing the management board with sound financial and statistical analysis.
Relevant university degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting;
- Professional experience minimum 5 years in financial department, including at least 3 years
in a Financial Controller position in an international environment;
- Experience in managing and developing teams;
- Experience in manufacturing company will be a strong asset.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP);
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Ms Office.
- Languages: native Romanian and
English as a second language is a must.
