- Support for financial planning and budgeting
- Accounting supervision; monthly, quarterly and yearly closing – local format
- Conversion of Romania accounts into group reporting frame, adjustment according to the group accounting rules
- Support for international reporting – local GAAP and IFRS/US GAAP format
- Maintenance of an optimal financial accounting/reporting system according to legal requirements and business objectives
- Support for internal controls
- Coordinating the activity of accountant(s) for which she/he is responsible
- Reliable, strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS/US GAAP
- Experience in reporting methods (e.g. Hyperion)
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office tools (proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software - CIEL
- Good communication and people-management skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Experience in interacting with internal and/or external customers preferred
- Good knowledge of English
