RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
• Manage, administer, maintain and monitor the complete accounting functions
• Monitor, guide and motivate other accounting staff in the company
• Improve functionality and the effectiveness of the accounting system through reorganisation and innovation.
• Keep up to date with accounting standards and requirements and determine the impact of any regulatory changes.
• Support the General Managers with suitable reports as well as report to the Group Head Office.
• Provide planning and coordination to ensure the continued smooth running of the accounting department
• Manage his/her own daily activities to ensure adherence to accounting standards, accuracy of accounting information, and regulatory compliance.
• Introduce, manage and report on the required and desirable financial control functions for the company.
• Maintain quality documentation for policies and procedures
Accountability
• Accountable for all ongoing accounting functions and systems.
• Efficient deployment of accounting systems
• Effective utilization of Staff and resources
• Adherence to all regulatory requirements
• Ensure effective and timely accounting
• Ensure the security of financial controls and accounting data integrity
• Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
Judgment, Decision-Making, and Planning
• Analyse Accounting Information regularly for integrity and accuracy
• Regular Assessment of departmental performance
• Keep current with the latest developments in accounting


CERINTE

Knowledge and Skills
• Detailed understanding of Romanian accounting concepts, theory and practice including (but not limited to) charts of accounts, ledger control (sales/purchases and nominal), Romanian reporting requirements and protocols, operation of electronic accounting system, general knowledge of computer technology and standard Applications, internet technologies, etc.
• Organisational skills with abilities to multiple tasks, and priorities.
• Planning skills to formulate plans, schedules, requirements, resources and tasks.
• Decision making skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
