Our client, a family-owned business operating on the niche perfumes and cosmetics market, is currently consolidating the operations team in Romania, and your application is highly appreciated.
The position for which we are now recruiting is CHIEF ACCOUNTANT, with the following responsibilities:
Coordinating and supporting the accounting team;
Handling full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role (reporting, forecasting, budgeting, VAT, provisions);
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations;
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reports;
Reviewing, investigating and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports;
Designing and implementing new procedures.
The perfect candidate should have:
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position;
Accounting degree;
Expert Accountant certification - authorized by CECCAR;
Knowledge of local tax law regulations;
Knowledge of general European law regulations;
Competence in the field of financial analysis;
Advanced English knowledge;
Ability to work under stress.
