1.Effects the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
2.Budget preparation, and audit functions.
3.Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate.
4.Analyzes company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized, down-sized, or eliminated.
5.Studies long-range economic trends and projects company prospects for future growth. Estimates requirements for capital, land, buildings and the increase in the work force.
6.Supervises investment of funds; works with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for expansion.
1. Master's degree in accounting, or finance.
2. Eight to ten years of experience in financial management (real estate development preferable) with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.
3. C.P.A. designation preferred.
4. Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information
5.Experience in working with the authorities for VAT refunds.
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
8.Fluent in both written and spoken English
