You will understand HP's spare parts business, provide administrative and order management support to HP external and internal customers. Serve as a focal point within the organization to track details of partner activities, following HP's policies and processes.
The Channel admin is responsible for:
-Accurate and on time order management
-Day to day interaction with the Account managers/Partners (via email)
-Close interaction with project manager responsible for CEE&MEMA
Minimum requirements:
-Customer oriented
-Good written and spoken English skills
-Good written and spoken Russian skills
-Good communication skills
-Patient, well organized, self-dependent, flexible and proactive person
-Strong prioritization skills
-Exercise independent judgment
-Team player
-Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Desirable requirements:
-SAP knowledge
