RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose of the Role:
• To supervise the day-to-day workflow of the three Channel Marketing roles in order to ensure the accurate, smooth and timely completion of all Programme and Support tasks.
• To help resolve issues relating to Marketing Programmes in association with ECG Operations and more specifically the Claim to Pay/SOIR/Pricing Supervisor
• To help resolve issues relating to Channel Marketing Support with ECG Operations
• To run regular reports and gather intelligence to update allocated dashboards each month and to provide analysis and recommendations to ECST and Channel Marketing Management
• Follow through with countries specific actions associated to Marketing and Channel Programmes allocated to the individual

Main Responsibilities:
• Supervision of three Channel Marketing roles in relation to:
- Marketing Programs - Data Entry (QTF/CDF/EDPP)
- Budget Control of Tactical Spend
- Channel Marketing Support (Branding/On-Boarding/Profiling)
• Prevention, correction and resolution of SAP related queries
• Maintenance of allocated dashboards and reports, and provision of monthly analysis/commentary to management
• Provision of support for Marketing and Channel Programs when requested
• Provision of back-up support to the European Channel Support Team
• Maintenance of comprehensive and effective procedures for all key activities


CERINTE

• Knowledge and practical experience of channels of distribution, and the relationship between reseller/ distributor/manufacturer
• Fluent in French (verbal and written)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• The ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural, multi-language environment and can demonstrate experience in this.
• Medium level attainment of skills with Microsoft Office packages
• The ability to retrieve, understand and communicate information in an effective manner to a broad, general audience, as well as senior management.
