RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose of the role:
- To ensure the accurate, smooth and timely creation of QTF/CDF/EDPP tacticals in eSAP on a daily basis
- To run regular reports and gather intelligence to update allocated databases each month
- To update allocated dashboards each month and to provide analysis and recommendations to ECST Management
- To follow through with countries specific actions associated to Marketing Programmes allocated to the individual

Main Responsibilities:
- Entry of QTF based tactical promotions into the eSAP system, accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Entry of CDF/MDF activities into the eSAP system, accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Entry of EDPP requests into the eSAP system, accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Prevention, correction and resolution of eSAP related queries
- Maintenance of allocated dashboards and reports, and provision of monthly analysis/commentary to management
- Provision of support for Marketing Programmes when requested
- Provision of back-up support to the team
Maintenance of comprehensive and effective procedures for all key activities


CERINTE

- Knowledge and practical experience of channels of distribution, and the relationship between reseller/distributor/manufacturer
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), with another language an advantage, but not essential
- The ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural, multi-language environment and can demonstrate experience in this
- Medium level attainment of skills with Microsoft Office packages
- The ability to retrieve, understand and communicate information in an effective manner to a broad, general audience, as well as senior management
