• Develop overall business plan for each channel to achieve channel performance goals.
• Drive sales & revenue throughout all sales channels, identifying and qualifying opportunities and developing detailed programs/plans to capitalize on the identified oportunities, including standards of execution and monitor implementation.
• Prepare weekly forecasts, pipeline reports and channel activity reports.
• Contribute in monthly reviews with Sales Managers and Product Managers to ensure channel activity and pipeline revenue are meeting targets by products, by region/city. Identify any negative trends impacting revenue and suggest problem/resolution. Develop gap/root and opportunities analysis and suggest directions for closing gap/capitalize on opportunity.
• Develop proposals for commercial policy adjustments (commission scheme, tariffs, regional offers, product specific initiatives) to enable target achievement support proposals with comprehensive business case rationale.
• Create and maintain accurate channel plans and provide reviews on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Develop and maintain communication open flow between Marketing and Product Department and execution channels.
• Minimum 2-3 years channel management experience in a managerial position/senior channel management position in a relevant company.
• Ability to create and execute effective sales channel business plans.
• Skilled in financial assessment of channel efficiency, able to build and interpret channel P&L, cost per sales.
• Very good project management skills and able to effectively work in a cross-functional business environment.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills along with excellent presentations skills.
• Have experience working as an individual contributor, flexible, open to suggestions, positive thinking.
• Very well organized, sharp; respects deadlines and other company’s procedures and regulations.
• Integrity and dedication; openness and honesty.
