- Management of operational processes flow including inbound , outbound , transfers, inventory, and all CWH related activities
- Provide daily operational support related to orders/deliveries/stocks
- Monitor, communicate and escalate issues that influence customer delivery performance and internal inventory targets
- Optimization of warehouse space utilization and stock rotation in collaboration with other departments
- Insure a close cost control
- Customer orientated and ability to collaborate with other functions
- Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication with both customers and internal colleagues
- support on a daily basis the store (customer) requests
- manage the communication and feedback with the logistic provider
- Continuous optimization of deliveries/reception/ storage flows
- Management of administration/ financial processes
- Formalization of reporting book (costs/volumes) and maintenance of this document
- Preparing various reports, provide detailed feedback regarding receptions/ stocks/deliveries and KPI
-Good command of English language (French a plus)
