- To develop product category image, turnover and profitability in the trade.
- Define companie's strategy on one or more Health&Beauty categories, and convey it to the trade, through strong relationships with local distributors
- Analyse and anticipate market evolution; identify growth levers for each category and each customer
- Make recommendations and influence the trade in its category management decisions: assortment, space allocation, merchandising, stores design and valorization
- Develop category partnerships with the trade, coordinate projects, follow up and set up corrective actions
- Build a successful and efficient organization
- Recruit, develop and manage teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and change management
• 3-5 years ideally in FMCG company
• Product sensitivity
• Marketing and/or sales management
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of markets and brands
• Entrepreneur Spirit, Marketing and Consumer Behavior sensitivity
• English and/or French
