- Correctly provides information related to products and services;
- Prepares documentation related to sold products complying with the Company working procedures and fiscal legislation in force;
- Checks for accuracy, identifies discrepancies and alerts supervisor;
- Strictly follows the cash delivery and documentation procedure for bank deposit;
- Ensures accountability between daily sales and cash register;
- Makes sure that all the tasks he/she were given are done in a correct, professional and timely manner;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
- University degree is an advantage;
- Familiarity and knowledge in retail industry;
- Knowledge of and experience in providing world class customer service;
- Good English and computer skills;
- Solution oriented, team worker and flexible.
