Offers legal consultancy to internal and external customers;
Represents the Institution's interests in Court and in front of other public authorities;
Reviews a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts;
Assists the AGA meetings and other Special Commissions within the organization;
Collaborates with all the departments in order to improve the business.
At least 4 years experience within legal field;
Knowledge about the financial market, including EU legislation;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Fluency in English;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
University degree.
