RESPONSABILITATI

Contact Channel: telephone
Requirements: very good French language, computer literacy and ability to deal with inbound customer care requirements (screaming clients--previous experience ideal, not mandatory)

Topics:
- Billing and collection (extra cost, extra options, billing terms, etc.)
- General info (info about subscriptions, costs of calls, telephones, etc)
- Upsell (offer to buy different other products and services)

Schedule:
- 5 days a week including Saturdays (working Saturdays implies a day off during the week)
- Shift is set weekly, by mutual agreement
- Lines are open M/F 09:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00- 19:00

You will have to assist to 13 days of training in full time schedule- 8h/day (flexible)


Salary package: fix salary + language bonus + meal vouchers + performance bonus.
