RESPONSABILITATI

Gives information to the clients regarding the services and benefits offered, promoting, in the same time, the company’s image;
Collects correct and complete information about the clients and registers information in the data base;
Registers the customers’requests and operates all the necessary activities in a special software program;
Handles the eventually clients’ reclamations in a professional and polite manner, in order to solve all the aspects which correspond to his/her competence;
Responds promptly to any and each clients'requests, manages client relationship by resolving issues, communicating any changes in contract status;
Checking the eligibility of the insured persons and of the providers of medical services network;
Checking the availability of medical services providers and the establishment of the appointments, depending on the providers scheme and the insured person;
Compliance with the internal rules in dealing with customers and, also, respecting the quality parameters set by the company;
Compliance with strict circuit of all documents issued or entered into Call Center.


CERINTE

At least 6 month experience on a relevant position, preferable within a medical unit ;
Medical Diploma represents an advantage;
Computer skills;
Very good command of English (written and spoken);
Client oriented, organised and self motivated;
Initiative, interpersonal skills;
Attention to details, precision and accuracy;
Team player;
Solving problems skills;
Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize.
