Team Builder; hiring new operators, motivating personnel and team developing
Continuous support and internal training for call center operators
Take initiative regarding the measures meant to uprise department performances
Take initiative concerning the developing of ERP/CRM software involved in targeting new client requests and the business extending
Managing the logistics and IT infrastructure related to Call Center Dpt, monitoring the procedures involved and reporting
Periodical reports, analyses and statistics regarding the Department activity
Personal Skills:
- Dynamic person, client relationship oriented, sales background
- Excellent communication, easy to integrate with an already built team
- Native leadership abilities; well organized
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- University Degree
- Knowledge of networking, software, Internet environment and telecom
Excellent knowledge of Office Applications (Excell, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication and negotiation skills

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Operations management-team experience
- Cisco trainings and certifications
- Software programming background
