RESPONSABILITATI

Having ambitious plans for the Romanian Market, we are seeking for ambitious and communicative Call Center Agents, in order to build ICAP Romania, a strong and diversified services firm.
Key tasks:
• Contacting potential customers by phone, fax or e-mail;
• Collecting contacts in order to support the selling activity;
• Establishing meeting for our Sales Team.


CERINTE

• Excellent communication and persuading skills;
• Positive attitude, fast-learner;
• Self-motivated and team spirit;
• Good PC skills: Internet, Outlook, Excel
• Good English knowledge;
• Previous experience in a call center is a plus.
