•To communicate with all customers in order to provide complete information in accordance with customer’s request;
•To make sure that the information provided to customers is correct;
•To receive, register and process customer’s requests and complaints in accordance with the specific working instructions.


High school diploma (University diploma is a plus)
•Minimum 3 months experience in working with customers would be an advantage;
•PC skills (Microsoft Office);
•English language (medium level);
•Excellent communication skills;
•Customer focus;
•Identification and problem solving skills;
•Integrity and trust;
•Stress tolerance.
